London attack

The leaders and people of the Apostolic Church in the United Kingdom extend condolences and sympathy to those affected by the terror attack in London, this past weekend.

This was an act of appalling wickedness which cannot be condoned.  We pray that the God of comfort will extend his love and care to all who grieve at this time and that the wounded would experience a speedy recovery.

Manchester attack

Like all peace loving people, we deplore such a mindless attack intended to harm children, young people and families.  We pray that the God of comfort will extend his love and care to all who grieve at this time.

17:21

A declaration of unity was introduced at the recent Spring Harvest celebrations.  The declaration is based on John 17.21 where Jesus prayed ‘I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.’

It is expected that during the 2017 festival season, more than 100,000 Christians will use 17:21 to reaffirm their commitment to unity.
